Joan the pool man asked me about it 2 weeks ago, I assured none of us are running outside to disconnect the filter for fun. lol and explained that vacuum gets stuck on the side of the pool and ties itself in a knot. He immediatly blamed that "drunk landscaper'. So I will keep an eye on it. I can imagine it is frustrating.
