Couple of iSsues here at the house---
Took Bill to Dr. F for INR test- his levels are 2.7 and he will remain on the 7mg of Coumadin. He needs to be rechecked in a month.
2. Kithcen cabinets are crawling with ants- called Fleming's pest control and left a message.
3 Downstairs bathroom is out of order. The hot water faucet is not functioning, it cannot be turned on. I had Jay look at it yesterday and he couldn't fix it either. Called Donhauser he will be out early Friday morning to turn the water off and then it will be a couple of days before he can get the necessary parts to fix the problem. I have been taking showers in Bill and Jean's bathroom for the last two days. I don't know when the problem happened, but it should have been called in days ago. I didn't find out about it until Tuesday morning when I went to take a shower.
4. Terminix will also be here early Friday morning to do an annual Termite inspection- between 8-12pm
Melissa and I switched schedules so she will take Jean to the echocardiogram at Khaled's office and I will be in early Wednesday to take Jean to the Stress test appointment.. The schedule change actually works out perfectly!!!
Jean has a hair appointment this afternoon and hopefully a nail appointment tomorrow, she is dying to go get her nails done. I cleaned her bathroom vanity and took out the tool/jewelry boxes. All her jewelry is now in the dresser in her closet. I did not get a chance to go thru the Chico's stuff, there wasn't enough time.
FLEMINGS PEST CONTROL WILL BE BY TOMMORROW AFTER LUNCH TO DEAL WITH THE ANT SITUATUION.

Tuesday and Wednesday- 29,30th RUTH
Joanie it was a simple mistake that I caught right away- hence the comment at the end. My apologies for the no name thingy.
Yesterday was quiet. Cookie came by at 1:30pm to pick Jean up to take her out to lunch. They were gone for about 3 hours. Groceries were delivered by 6pm. Jean sat in the kitchen for about 3 hours looking for a picture she saw last week in some magazine or catalog. She wanted to go shopping on Wednesday at the Shops at Gainey and this particular picture had a dress that she wanted, the shop was at Gainey.
The night was peaceful until about 4am, when Jean started screaming at Bill to stop hitting her dog. Bill woke up and told her that she didn't have a dog. She kept going on and on about her dog, I had to go upstairs to explain that there was no dog here and Bill was sleeping not hitting any dogs. She went back to sleep after that.
Both awake and at the breakfast table by 9am, ate and read the paper until 10:30am. I asked Jean to meet me in the bathroom because we had to get going. The plan was for Cookie to stop by and take Jean out while I took Bill to his doctor's appointment. Cookie here got here earlier than expected so I rushed Jean, once Jean was ready and out in the kitcheN, Cookie decided to fart around and help Jay fix some blinds, so Jean waited for her at the kitchen table.
I helped Bill in the shower, and then he got himself dressed. He is still wheezing after short walks to the kitchen, but it is not as bad as it was. We left the house to go to AZ Arrythmia....everything went well. The nurse Claudia checked his device and said everything looked good, better than she expected. She said the new lead was healing properly and that he should see some real improvement in the next six weeks. We scheduled an echocardiogram for the end of February so they can view how his heart is pumping, after that they will do the necessary tweaking to get his device up to it's maximum potential. 6 weeks after that appointmetn the doctor will see him to check on his device.
After we left the doctor's office, we met Jean and Cookie at Kierland. Our intention was to get Bill a haircut and shave, there was no parking spots availiable, so we decided to have dinner first. Ate at North, the food was very good, Bill especially like the artichokes. After dinner Bill and I walked to the restroom, which was abnormally far. Bill had to sit mid way and he nearly passed out. TO ANSWER JOAN'S QUESTION ABOUT BILL'S BREATHING---- he has shown minor improvement, but today wiped him out. He did fine walking to the doctor's office, but he couldn't catch his breath after we attempted to make it to the bathroom. It is still too early to have Bill out galavanting around town. He still needs to take it easy, and limit his walking. As soon as we made it back to the table, he said he wanted to go home. We did not get the hair cut and shave, he was pooped.
Cookie and Jean arrived soon after us, MAJOR DAMAGE----- Jean went to some shop at Gainey called Objects- she bought 3 things- all UGLY!!!!-
jacket 405.00
shirt 252.00
shirt 92.00
EVERYONE NEEDS TO CONVINCE HER TO TAKE THEM BACK--- THE ARE GOD AWFUL HIDEOUS--- AND WAY TOO EXPENSIVE.
Chicos after that- haven't found the receipt yet, but she bought alot of stuff. Many pieces are multiples, I will go thru it tommorrow and check to see what she has vs. what she bought and try to assemble a package of returns.
They also went to Barnes and Noble and bought more CD'S
That's all---Tommorrow I will take Bill to Farooqui's to get his INR checked. Charlae will be here to sit with Jean.
There are 3 appointments next week for Jean. I will update the online calender now.

Do me a favor? Put your name in the title so I don't have to scroll down and figure out who it is? It just slows me down a bit and I would appreciate it. Thank you!
How is Bill doing about getting out of the chair? Is he doing a bit more? How is his breathing?
Do you think Bill could do PT in the pool like he used to? I know we talked about his not liking to do anything with John, but he seemed to like the pool. Input, please?

January 22 and 23
Came in at 12pm, got the update from Wedad. Jay was here, asked me about the 2 TV's that have been sitting outside for the last couple of weeks. He said someone here called Goodwill or Big brothers but he wasn't sure. Has anyone called an organization about picking up those 2 TV's??
Talked with Jean, she was still raving about Saturday afternoon. She said the play wasn't so hot, but it was great to see Dudley and the rest of the family. She also got her sleeping/breathing dog that she spotted in the hospital. Wedad found one at Walgreens on Monday for half the price of the one we saw in the hospital.
Maria was here by 1pm and worked until 4:30pm. Jay and I moved the cookbook shelf that was sitting in the kitchen entry way to the end of the kitchen. Jean insisted on moving the tiny white tea cart to that spot instead. It looks like a trip hazard in the making, I will wait to see.
Bill's breathing doesn't seem to be improved, he is still wheezing and out of breath after the simplest task. The pacemaker rep, said that improvement could take weeks to as long as 6 months.
I made hamburgers from the Omaha steak company, they were okay. Jean ate 1/2 of hers and Bill only ate the potato. He had a heavy lunch of bread, mayo, tomato and pork and beans. I don't know the name for that concoction, but we all know what it is. I am glad that Bill is still maintaining his pre surgery eating routine.
I didn't get a chance to post his weight, but as of Thursday of last week he had lost 20 pounds. Jean was very proud of him. We need to continue the "diet," to help him lose as much as he can.
He is down to 224lbs.
Both slept at 9:30pm last night and slept till 10:30am this morning--- amazing...
I made breakfast and they sat out in the kitchen eating, drinking coffee, reading the paper and listening to music until 12:30 this afternoon. Fleming's pest control stopped by and sprayed the house down.
Farooqui's office called- Bill's INR is 1.8- they upped the dosage to 7mg and we will retest in the office next Wednesday. They had not sent the results to Khaled;s office, so I asked them to do so.
I called Maroney's for a pick up tomorrow.
Made brownies for Jean, there are no Hershey's in the house.
Did Bill's pill boxes for the next 5 weeks.
Next week- Bill has a follow up appointment with AZ Arrhythmia to check on his device.

January 20-22
Came in to find Bill and Jean in very good spirits. I sat down and spoke with both about this weeks events, both described everything in detail. Jean kept commenting that Bill has his little procedure thingy but that she had gone to Camelot with Dudley, she was very excitted about that. Said the preformance was so-so, but seeing Dudley and family was great. Bill explained what had happened to him, in surprising clarity. He was happy that he had a caregiver staying with him in the hospital, said it made him feel less lonely.
Both had meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and steamed carrots for dinner. Bill ate a few bits but said he would rather have cereal instead. Good thing I stopped on my way to work and picked up some milk-because we were bone dry here. Finished his cereal and he seemed content.
They had all their meds and washed up for bed. Lights went out @ 945pm. Both slept through the night, except Jean kept talking in her sleep-nothing new.
Both woke up very late-almost 1015am. The electricity downstairs went out, so I went out and flipped the circuit breaker. Started up breakfast. Both had eggs and belgium waffles. Sat on the table until 1230pm just reading the newspaper and listening to music.
I tried calling Heart Clinic, since Bill needed an INR, but couldnt get an answer. I called Dr Farouqi's office and they said they could bring him in anytime before 3pm. Jean had John coming @ 2pm. Convinced Charlae to come in while I took Bill to dr's office.
Made it to office. I explained the situation that Bill needed this because he had taken Lovenox and the machine at home cannot differeniate between the two, meaning error messages. Needless to say, they didnt hear a word i said and instead poked him three times doing the same test we tried at home. Finally I got Jennifer on the phone to explain in medical terms exatly what I had previously told the nurse. They brought in the labcorp lady to draw blood. They said if they did stat-they would charge, but then said no because by the time they would be done the Heart Clinic would be closed, so it will be sent over tomorrow in the am.
All I have to say is it had been awhile since I have been in Farouqi's office and the office staff, they new ones-are not very friendly. Carly rolled her eyes when I waited there trying to ask if we can get a box of coag' strips for our machine, our strips are expired. They older lady ignored me while I was trying to reassure the fact that the results would be sent over the Heart Clinic. It took close to two hours to get everything accomplished. Afterwards I took Bill to walgreens to get some necessities that we needed that were not available on the grocery order. Hopefully next week we can get a Sams Club order going, just need to arrange schedules to make it work out.
Made it back home to find Jean and Charlae arranging her shoes and pocketbooks in her closet. She had Charlae go through everything. She was looking for a particular bag, that she ended up finding in her bedroom not in the fitting room.
Charlae finally headed out. Beause breakfast had been late, both opted to skip lunch. Cookie had called and left a message. Jean wanted to call her back. She asked about Bill and wanted to make sure everyone was doing well. They spoke for awhile about the show and about Bill and the family.
Dinner was Fried Butterfly Shrimp, Baked Red Potatoes, Sugar Snap Peas. Both opted for no desserts. Bill laughed and said, if you dont give us any then I wont be tempted to eat any. So I kept him at his word.
Headed back to their rooms, fresh water, meds all taken. And watched TV until 930. Got them both to washup and Bill to change into his PJs. Cleaned the kitchen, ran dish washer, ran last load of laundry.
I will contact Dr Farouqi's office to make sure that lab results were sent to Heart Clinic. Maria is to come tomorrow, she called and said she would be here around 1230-1. Jay should be here around 11am.

Ladies...thanks for all the posts. I appreciate each and every one of you and all the changes we have had to swing with the past few weeks. Bill sounds much better (no more crackles and rales?) and is home sleeping in his own bed. We had a good time with Jean at Camelot and she had a good visit with Dudley.

Thursday JAN 17
Today Bill was discharged from the hospital following his defibrillator surgery.I met Ruth at the hospital at 12:30 ,had to wait quite a bit for a parking spot ,before finally parking in patient pick up parking, dah that is what i was doing.I figured that the discharge was going to take hours ,as Jeans did several months ago. On the way home we stopped to get free gallons of water given out by the water company due to the contaminated water in the area. Got bill and jean settled in , Ruth took care of the pills and made follow up appointments for Bill. I was told that bills levaquin(antibiotic), as well as his lovenox were to be delivered shortly.soon after Ruth and corey left bill called me into his room and told me that he was having a spasm of sorts in his lower abdomen. Then he showed me, it was on his lower left side of his abdomen, and it looked as though he was pregnant with a large baby that had the worse Case of hiccups ever.I was able so see it from across the room with his shirt on.I asked him a few more questions to gauge how he was feeling then i immediately called the arizonia arythmea office.they had a nurse call us back with in minutes. They said that what he was experiencing happens often, that it is NOT dangerous , it is happening because the setting on his defibrillator are to high.and asked if we could come in then, so they could fix it.I got jean out of her nightie and into a running suit and bill went in his lounge wear. When we arrived they took us right back. The entire staff was very nice .They performed a bunch of tests to get his defibrillator working a a comfortable pace.In a nut shell this is what was going on. The new lead that they put on the other side of the defibrillator sits very close to his diaphragm, they voltage was too high(4 volts) and it was causing spasms in the diaphragm, similar to hiccups, but lower and only on the left, like hiccups on steroids. when he moves in certain positions it would start they lowered the voltage down to 2.1,and upped the duration of time that the volt is delivered. I asked many questions concerning the severity of the situation ,as well as what to do if it starts happening in the middle of the night. They said as i mentioned before it is not in anyway dangerous to him and that it is not painful it is just annoying. If it does happen in the middle of the night bill can shift positions so the the lead is not as close to his diaphragm as it would be if he were slouched to his left side.
When we got home i made bill and jean breakfast and at 630 when one point patient care still had not delivered his meds i called them and they told me that they had no med order for bill .I called dr . Doss's answering service to inquire as to why our delivery pharmacy does not have the prescription. dr Khaled called me back i explained the situation to him. he told me that his partner dr doss gave the prescription to the nurse in the AM at the hospital and that the counselor was supposed to arrange giving the paper prescription to us and that what he believed happened he was VERY rude to me as he began yelling out that he wants bill back on koumidin and a bunch of other meds that were all written down on his discharge sheet.he did call in the prescription for us to one point pc. At 830 they delivered it i gave bill his lovenox shot in his lower right quadrant of his admin. i also gave him his first levaquin pill the rest i put in the night portion of his pills for the following 4 day.One more thing bill complined of UTI symptoms which were slight to day, as well as yesterday in the hospital(as i was told)Ruth told the nurse but i do not think that they tested him for a UTI because we told the physician assistant today at the heart clinic when we went for his adjustment and she looked at his lab sheet from the hospital and said that they did not test for that. She also said that if he does have UTI the levequin will kill it.If he has any symptoms on Monday we should call dr Faruoqui.Bill has not cmplained of his thumping chest/stomach/side since they adjusted his defib.

Jennifer Weekend Friday 11-Sun 13th
Arrived Friday to Jean up and about in kitchen, apparently she had wanted to re-arrange more items. House all cleaned, showered Jean while Melissa prepared Bills lunch. He is doing okay without any type of sugar, I had to remind him a few times that hes not on any diabetes meds at all. So we need to avoid bananas, OJ, etc. Jean showered and ready for her nail appt at 430pm
Melissa took Jean to nail appt, which Jean doesn't want to go back to Ashley's as they didn't get taken until almost 530! Bill had dinner, I made him soup and a half of a sandwich, made another for Jean for when she got back.
Jean talked all night very very animated about furniture and decorating. Not a restful night especially for Bill.
Woke up at 830 on Saturday, had to call Charlae in to take Bill and Jean to lunch, my Dad had a dental emergency and my mom was admitting one of her patients into the ER, so I had to transport my sons to my aunts. Charlae was nice enough to get her quick. We showered both Bill and Jean and got them on their way. Charlae stayed and gave them both long massages, she really oiled Bill up, he really needed it, his skin gets so dry and flaky.
Jeans obsession du jour, is her heels, I see she and cookie spent 145.00 at beauty brands on every contraption and callus product. She also had her heels scrubbed at the salon. She wanted to get her nails done ASAP as she had lunch with Skip and Joan, even though I told her Cookie coming to pick her up Monday.
She wants... VICK'S put on her feet every night, yes Vic's vapor rub, as a bartender told her it will heal her feet. I don't see any roughness at all, I wish mine were as soft.
Moved around little nik naks all weekend. She really wants Jay to move that armories in the kitchen to the living room.
Charlae left and it was time for dinner, made them eggs Benedict, no bacon. They ate it all surprisingly after Bamboo club.
I put all 5 tickets in folder in kitchen, Jean wanted to keep 3 in her room, don't know why, but she did. I got them back and put them with other two.
No calls all weekend. Melissa to arrive at 430 today. House all clean, garbage's emptied, all wash done. Dishes done also. Aired out entire house except their room, as Bill said its too cold. Maybe at dinner time we can air it out.

January 8,9,10th Ruth
Arrived early Tuesday morning to take Bill to the lab, after much lallygagging Bill finally got dressed and we left. We arrived at the lab only to realize that I had forgotten the lab order form that Dr. Khaled gave me, so I called Khaled's office to ask them to fax it over. After waiting 20 minutes we left and went back home to get the form.
Arrived home around 11am, spoke to Jay about some water rotted table leaves and the Christmas tree. Bill took his mandatory potty break and we were off again. On our way to the lab, we stopped by Khaled's office to pick up some duplicate copies of surgery instructions that I had lent to Joan, they were very polite and Nurse Debi called me later in the day to make sure that we were still going through w/the procedure. For some reason they thought we were cancelling. I told her no, Bill's surgery and his enhanced breathing was priority number 0ne.
Got to the lab and were in and out within 30 minutes. Home by 1pm.
The rest of the afternoon was fairly quiet, Jean was very agitated all day, wanting to move furniture and pictures. Maria and crew were here when Bill and I got back, so Jean was out talking with Maria, letting her know what she wanted done. I need to call Ruben and have him come out to do the windows.
Jean talked all night-- she explained later that she was at the beach with Casey and Carson and they were throwing plastic bags in the ocean. She was screaming in her dream, "PICK THAT UP AND THROW IT IN THE GARBAGE, YOU NAUGHTY BOYS." Quite a night.
Cookie stopped by. Jean and I sorted through the jewelry some more and I separated alot of the rings, watches and bracelets in the new drawers. The ring caddies haven't arrived yet, I am thinking they were not actually ordered because I never got a confirmation and it has been more than a week.
If someone could browse thru the web and see if you can find a nice storage solution for Jean's jewelry that will fit nicely in that dresser that she wants to use now.
I ordered Christine's birthday gift from circuitcity.com, it will arrive here. When I explained what we had ordered Jean got very excited and said she needed one too. We will see if she remembers that one, I did not order one for Jean though.
Cookie took Jean to Arcadia Farms, See's candy and Beauty Brands, SHE WILL BE BACK NEXT WEEK TO TAKE JEAN TO GET HER NAILS DONE.
John coming today.
I filled 6 of Jean's pill boxes- weeks 5 and 6 need Plavix though.
I took the Coumadin and Metformin out of Bill's boxes for this week and next. He should not have any beginning on Friday the 11th- please watch his sugar intake this weekend. No ginger ale, no coffee cake- I will fill the remainder of Bill's boxes next week.
Have a good weekend Y'all-

Jennifer Weekend of 1/4 to 1/6
Arrived Friday at 1030 Bill resting in his room, Jean perusing magazines as usual. House all tidied up before I arrived 90 percent of decorations removed by Ruth. I finished the Xmas tree and bundled it up in one box since its the same decorations each year. I hope Jay doesn't have problem with that.. lol not that I care. He seems to forget that we don't work for him or the role Cookie once filled here. Anyway, Charlae arrived to massage Bill and Jean, they look forward to it, Bill gets his skin brushed briskly with warmed oil, really helps. Jean had her massage while, Eyemasters called and there was one pair of Bills glasses ready, so we figured we should get them as its better than the pair he has now.
Picked up glasses, and Jeans things from Target, most important she wanted that crazy glue to redo those pics that stand upright.
Came back had lunch, picked up Paradise bakery, tomato soup and turkey sandwiches, and of course Jean loves the cookies there.
Bill very very very fatigued, he had Jean get out of bed to turn lights off on his porch. I came in from kitchen, Bill couldn't comprehend that Xmas lights are gone. He kept telling Jean and I to turn on lights on the hedge.
Jean has about a billion and one things she wants to order from magazines, I cant even list them too many, but as with piano, fountain and baby bathtub used as a planter I think she will forget if we just say its on back order. Some of them like the 495.00 Kors raincoat and the 350.00 shirt dress in Neimans I told her they only had a 3 or 11 size... which she said "well either will do"
Bills glasses doing great, more modern, lighter, and wont scratch as bad. Jean asked me to plant a seed in Bills head to go to Canyon ranch a spa in Tuscon, for her bday, she said one of her gf goes every year for her bday, she had just read an article in a magazine. Its 3k btw. Also she is back on the brown spot kick... she wanted me to call dermacare and a slew of plastic surgeons to get her brown spots off, which she doesn't seem to remember that they are from years and years of sunbathing. And that no surgeon or laser tech would touch her due to her blood thinner.
She also further wants Bill to do a medifast or something like this its shakes twice a day, she read an article in the paper about a diabetic 65 year old that cured his diabetes and lost 45lbs, she asked Bill and he said he would drink two shakes in the day and have a normal dinner at night. I know it would be really beneficial for him, but it remains to be seen if he can live without his OJ and eggs and toast in the am. Maybe I can ask the company for a sample to see if even tastes good to Bill.
House clean, all supplies re stocked, all beds made, Jean had a scrub down shower, with tons of lotion, Bill...... says hes getting to it today sometime. All garbage's emptied.

Jan 3rd Ruth
Busy day today- Both slept late, Bill was up at 8:45am and Jean didn't rise and shine until 11am. Bill ate breakfast alone in the kitchen while I dismantled the Christmas decorations. Got the majority of the stuff down and put away, every time I think I am done I find four more things to put away.
At noon Jean was still in the kitchen eating breakfast when John strolled in, he said he had an appointment but I saw nothing on the calender about John showing up. We had a plan to go to Farooqui's for a Coumadin check, but John wanted to work out with Jean for at least 20 minutes. I got Bill in the shower and, by the time I looked at the clock it was too late, I told John we had to get going, but we didn't make it to Farooqui's in time.
I will do the Coumadin check on Tuesday morning, I will come in early to take Bill to the lab for his blood work and then swing by Farooqui's afterward. Wedad make sure Bill fasts, no drinks, food or pills prior to the test.
Carson came to pick us up at 3pm to take us to Dr. Bahu's office, we made it on time, they took Bill right in to the office. Tested his defibrillator, then did an EKG. After that we waited and waited... I think Melissa had a similar experience the last time she and Bill went to that particular doctor. Anyways we finally saw a Dr. Tendler who is a colleague of Dr. Bahu, he basically reiterated what we already knew. Bill's heart is not functioning properly, his two chambers are not beating simultaneously as a normal heart would and therefore it is stressing his heart beyond capacity and putting stress on his lungs. His heart squeeze is a 35, a normal person's heart will squeeze at a 70. Dr. Tenderler suggested that if the angiogram shows no improvement then they should add a "lead" to the other side of his heart to get it the 2 chambers to beat simultaneously. We have another appointment with his office on Jan 24Th at 4pm.
We left the office dropped off Carson, drove home to take potty breaks and then went to Target. Target was completely sold out of the Nintendo Ds- Indian Bend has 6 in stock but Bill said he was "pooped." Picked up a to go order from Red Lobster, Bill left his wallet at home so I used my credit card. Got home, Bill hardly ate his dinner, he is really exhausted from what little we did. His difficulty breathing is really taking a toll on him and it is taking him longer and longer to catch his breath, it was so bad today that he couldn't even talk after we got back to the car. I really hope this surgery gives him some relief, anything at this point has got to help him.
Please if we have any appointments or people coming to the house, write it down in the calender. Today was the second time some one has come to the house and I had no idea they were coming because it wasn't written down. The last time it was Charlae.

Jennifer the Weekend
Sorry to be late.. Just finally got a chance to do the blog.
Took Bill to eyemasters, on Friday, he was really agitated at having to go despite the fact that he really wanted new glasses. He really doesn't like to be asked a lot of questions I guess its a defense mechanism to that he has developed due to his lagging memory. We ordered two pairs of glasses with all the bells and whistles. They are flexible, glare and scratch resistant and we bought the warranty which is good for 3 years even if his prescription changes he gets a new pair of glasses. The last pair of glasses was in 2003 an they were 45.00 basic nothing else added, hence his glasses always look scratched and dirty. I really hope this helps Bill. They may be ready Friday, I will call and check. The coatings made it take longer.
Jean was very ancy all weekend, I felt bad for her she really was upset about not being able to just walk into her closet and find an item, pick it up and take it with her, due to her disabilities. I told her we can orgainize the closet, and she said that would be great.... but she wants everything in the closet next to the bathroom?? I'm not a math whiz but that's about 500 pieces of clothing in an area that maybe can hold 150.00 She also wanted 7 pairs of these 17 dollar snow shoes, despite the fact I showed her over and over that they are 79 dollars not 17 she wanted. Needless to say I took the catalog and told her I would try to place it.
Carson and Chris popped over and surprised Bill and Jean, they were happy to see them, we went to Macayos that night, Bill complained the whole time I was having him shower, and dress that he hates Mexican food, and just wants to stay home after we left the restaurant, I walked with him to the bathroom at home, he struggled so hard to breath it was heartbreaking, all you could hear was wheezes and crackles, no wonder he doesn't wanna go out. I got him settled and gave him two puffs of his inhaler.
Carson came back took the car for some errands and was supposed to take Bill for the V's barber shop. Melissa said they did and that Bill looked clean and manicured.
Otherwise pretty quite weekend
The dishwasher run the finger up and down the stuck button trick didn't work except once. and I noticed the horrible horrible smell it seems to be whenever a toilet is flushed or a shower is done right away you smell this sulfur egg smell all over. Bills tv is broke, the picture tube is going, all weekend he called me to show me the annoying lines on it, Carson was to switch the tv with the newer living room one.
That's it see everyone Friday!

January 2, 2008 Ruth
I got here at 1pm to find Jay and Jaime putting away the majority of the Xmas decorations. He asked if one of us could dismantle the Christmas tree in the house and put the decorations back downstairs. I do not know where the ornament boxes are, so I am not going to touch the tree. I don;t want to be blamed for next years fiasco the way, I began putting stuff back into the Christmas closet downstairs though.
Dishwasher part was delivered today and the repair guy is supposed to be back on January 7th at some point between 8am and 5pm- I hope for ur sake Wedad it isn't the same one that I saw last week. He is a shifty fellow that looks like he plays way too many video games, don't be overly friendly to him, he gets the wrong idea.
Dishwasher not working again... pressed all the buttons as the repair guy showed me, but nothing is working tonight.
Got Bill and Jean dressed and ready to go...Jean was in a bit of Tizzy cause she couldn't find some knot pants- those knit pants!!!! Calmed her down and got her dressed in something else.
Carson here to pick us up at 5:45pm- had dinner at Unbachio- an Italian restaurant that Bill and Jean actually enjoyed. Carson brought us back home and then took the car for the evening. he will return tommorrow afternoon.
Carson got the car detailed while he was out today and it looks fantastic, like a brand new car.
I am in the process of ordering Christine's birthday present, she asked for a Nintendo DS with some brain games.
That's it. Good Night
