JENNIFER

Real quick, just got back with Bill from Dr. Farooqui's his INR was 1.4 and wants to increase the coumadin to 6mg. PA saw bill, looked at his face, was really concerned that we didn't take him to ER, I explained that caregiver assessed him and his son talked to him with in minutes, and it was determined that he wasn't gonna go to ER. I didn't even chance it with Bill today I took him right in the wheelchair, I don't want him to fall anymore.

And I agree with Jean, unnecessary trips that are non medical should be avoided. If there is a dinner maybe someone can pick Jean up, rather than risking Bills safety and Jeans safety as she will insist she can do something independently (that is dangerous) . Bill is increasingly unstable, weak his gait is awful and his mental acuity is really really declining.
Today he asked me if this test the INR means he has to stay in the hospital today??? He has called Melissa all day to ask how to use the remote, he has a new remote just like had but claimed hes never used it before. I'm sure increased o2 perfusion will make a HUGE difference in his activity and mental alertness.
Also Jean claimed that she spent 500 with cookie at Target, and that she bought flash lights?? miniature ones, for the opera and viewing menus in fine restaurants anyway.. does anyone know where the flashlights are OR the receipt for cookies Xmas shopping.. oh mean the Xmas shopping Jean did with Cookie..
